Working of HALO Bolt ACDC 58830
First, insert jumper cables into the jumping port. Now connect the red clamp with the positive terminal of the battery and the negative clamp with the negative terminal of the battery. Turn the power switch ON. It will show the green light if it is connected accurately. Then start the engine and remove clamps carefully. A jump starter must have a battery of 25%, otherwise, it will not work.

But if it’s out of the warranty period, then first, check if the issue is actually in the battery, then ask for a replacement battery pack.
